Pakistan Cricket Board is determined to carry on cricket series between Pakistan and England cricket teams despite Coronavirus positive cases of some players. Pakistan cricket team will arrive in England on 28 June 2020. The team players will complete the quarantine period of 14 days before the training session. It will be a bilateral series of three tests and three Twenty20 International matches.
It is worth mentioning that ten players of Pakistan cricket team are tested positive for the Coronavirus disease. As, PCB has nominated 29 players for full squad for the series. Muhammad Hafeez is also tested positive for Coronavirus by the PCB. However, later on Hafeez stated that he is tested negative for the said disease.
Muhammad Hafeez opened a new issue for PCB after posting his second test negative result of Corona Virus just day after PCB’s positive test.
England Cricket board is now in doubt about all other test results of the players. It may ruin the efforts of PCB for upcoming series. PCB daunted Muhammad Hafeez on his act and it seams that he will face some strict action for his statement on Twitter which put PCB in trouble right now.
First test between both the teams will be played on 30 July 2020. Second test match is scheduled on 7 August. Third and the last test is expected to play on 20 August. Similarly, both the teams will play three T20 International matches on 29 August, 31 August and 2 September respectively.
