IESCO consumers can view, download & print electricity bills on their mobile or laptop. It is a very user-friendly service provided by the company to all of its consumers. For a consumer, the internet is required to access the electric bill online.

How do I find my bill reference number?
You can note the reference number from an old bill as shown in the picture below. It is a unique number assigned to each WAPDA consumer.
After entering the reference number click the submit button. Your bill will be available; you can now download the bill.

Bill can be paid in any one of the following ways
In the Banks by hand
Almost all banks are accepting the electricity bills; so you can visit the nearby bank along with the printed bill & deposit the bill amount.
Online Payment
You can also pay the bill using the internet banking application of banks.
All banks including microfinance banks i.e. Easypaisa, JazCash & UPaisa are accepting the bills online. You only need the reference number for paying the latest unpaid bill from the online applications.

IESCO bill correction
If you have observed any mistake on the bill, for example wrongly charged units, wrong name, reference number, etc., visit the near WAPDA office at Division level and lodge your complaint. Your issue will be resolved accordingly.
How to check the previous IESCO bill?
You can’t directly get the previous electricity bill but you can trace the history of the last 12 months from your latest bill.
Background
There was a time when people use to wait for receiving billing according to the WAPDA schedule. It happened with many of the consumers that they didn’t use to receive the bills within due date. Due to which those consumers were penalized with a late payment surcharge which was added to the next month’s bill. Consumers got too much irritated from such poor service at that time, they used to complain to local WAPDA offices but it was all in vain due to unavailability of proper alternative. Fortunately, due to online access to electricity bills and online payment methods available on fingertips, it is very convenient for every consumer to pay their bills in timely to avoid any penalty in form of an LP surcharge
