Education Institutes including Colleges & Universities are about the start on-campus classes without further delay

Students from classes of 9th to 12th are called back to schools for on-campus learning after 2 months of continuous vacations announced by Shafqat Mehmood, minister of education.
All schools across Pakistan have been opened from 18th January 2021.
Shafqat Mehmood wrote on Twitter that the future of all of the students in Pakistan is our primary priority.
The education minister holds a meeting on Sunday at National Command & Operation Center (NCOC) to take the final decision about reopening educational institutes. Keeping in view the wastage of precious time of students, the decision of reopening schools and colleges from class 9th to 12th from 18th of January, 2021.
Most probably classes from 1 to 8th will start from 1st February 2021. National Command & Operation Center will provide the stats about the current situation of the second wave of the corona to help in making the final decision about the opening of classes from 1 to 8.
Universities & colleges to reopen completely from 1st of February, 2021 as per prior meeting decision.
Some Schools might remain closed where the COVID-19 infection rate is still high or have a high risk of spreading of COVID-19.
