All schools, colleges, and universities are going to close immediately.
It is decided in the Task Force Meeting held under the supervision of PM Murad Ali Shah today.
Sindh Government has decided to close all offices and educational institutes across the province.
A few days back, the federal government has also announced that all educational institutes shall remain closed where the positivity rate is above 5% & it is almost everywhere. Classes from 9th to 12th could be resumed for few days only
All Government employees will work from home. Only 20% of necessary staff will be called for duty in the office. Provincial secretaries are advised to call necessary staff in the office considering the need.
The government is announcing such strict announcements and decisions due to rising corona cases across the whole country. The public is not following the SOPs which is very alarming for us.
We have no other option left, we made this decision after observing the overall situation of the pandemic.
