118 is the helpline number of Karachi Electric, K-Electric Response Center is established to provide 24/7 complaint registration services to electricity consumers. So contact at this contact number to lodge your complaint immediately. Response Center Representative will ask the reference number, location of your area where the problem has occurred. You can find the reference number from your electricity bill. Keep that bill in front of you when giving a call on 118. Brief the detail of the issue or fault to that representative.
How do I complain about load shedding in K-Electric?
When faced with load shedding especially excessive one, then immediately contact the Line Man, Line Superintendent of your area. It is better to have their contact number saved on your phone, instead of starting to find their contact number at an emergency time.
